I would like take this opportunity to welcome you to the Mount Si Ladies Club. Rather you are a new member or a returning member, I would like to “thank you” for making Mount Si your golf course of choice.
There are many benefits for becoming a member of our Ladies Club. One of those is the benefit of having an official USGA GHIN handicap. If you are a returning member or have joined from another club you already have an official GHIN #. If you are a new member or joining a club for the first time you will be getting yours for the first time. Your GHIN # will be sent to you by the Ladies Club Representative if you are getting yours for the first time.
There are a couple of different ways that you can post scores for your handicap. You can post them from the computer that is located in the back room of the pro shop or you can post them online at www.ghin.com . If you have any questions when posting a score (s) from the pro shop, please ask our pro shop staff for assistance. A great resource for handicap information is to go to the Washington State Golf Associations website and click on the HANDICAPPING link. If you provided your email address your handicap will be emailed you at every handicap revision. Click here for the handicap revision schedule. There is also handicapping information posted on our website located at www.mtsigolf.com . Of course some of this may be new and confusing to you as well. We offer quality golf instruction from PGA Golf Professionals. From individual private lessons, group lessons and a wonderful junior golf program, we have it all at Mount Si Golf Course. Mount Si Golf Course offers regular starting times. We will schedule your starting time in our starting book at your preferred tee time on your preferred day of the week for up to one year. If you are not going to make it on a certain week, all that you have to do is let us know and we cancel your time for that week. Little Si Links – Will be opening May of 2010. This will be a 9 holes par three golf course, a huge grass tee driving range and a big pitching green. This will be located to the right side of the #2 hole or in the far field behind the driving range. This will be a great place to practice your golf game and an area where beginners and juniors can learn the game of golf.
